Data collected
We only collect: • Anonymous browsing data (page views, source, duration) via a privacy-friendly analytics tool • Data you provide voluntarily through Calendly when booking a call (name, email, message) No banking data is processed.
Purposes
Your data is used to: contact you following a request, improve the site, measure audience in aggregate. No resale, no ad targeting.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (anonymous audience measurement) and consent (Calendly form).
Retention
Contact data: 3 years from last interaction. Analytics: 13 months max.
Recipients
Your data is only accessible to AMYX and its technical sub-processors (Vercel for hosting, Calendly for booking).
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, objection, portability and deletion. To exercise them: maxime.quere@myamyx.com. You can also reach the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
The site uses a minimal number of cookies, mainly for anonymous audience measurement. You can accept or decline via the banner shown on first visit.
